  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Customized items or knocked-in bats are excluded unless faulty.
  • Faulty / Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately with photos to arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or shipped in error.
